How to Join a Class

1. Visit charlala.com and select Sign up in the top right. You will be redirected to charlala.com/signup.

2. Select I'm a student.

3. Enter the 8-digit class code given to you by your teacher and select search. Your class should appear below if you correctly entered the class code. Select Join Class. If you cannot find your class, double-check that your code is eight digits (5-digit codes are used for DrawRooms) and that it is entered exactly (class codes are case sensitive).

4. Sign up using your school-issued email address and password or your school-issued Google account. Please note your choice as the account types are not interchangeable (i.e., if you sign up using email and password you will not be able to sign in with Google even if the registered email is from a Google account).

5. After selecting Sign up or Sign in with Google from step 4, please be patient as your account is being created. This may take up to 2 minutes. Refreshing or leaving the page during this time may cause issues with your account.

6. You will automatically be redirected to your student dashboard after your account is ready. Enter your first and last name, choose a profile avatar, and then select Save in the bottom right. All of this information will be visible to your teacher.
